At Funky Firangi, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, if you receive a wrong product, a defective item, or face any size issues, we offer an exchange only under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  1. Wrong Product Received – If you receive an incorrect product, you can request an exchange.

  2. Defective Product – If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace it with the correct item.

  3. Size Issue – If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 - 4 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchanged product will be delivered with 7 days

  • Customers must provide clear images of the product to verify the issue before proceeding with the exchange.

  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

  2. Share order details along with product images showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or guide you on the next steps.
